Tobias Baumeister awarded FAU Teaching Prize

Tobias Baumeister, doctoral candidate at the Chair of Computer Architecture held by ESI member Prof. Dr.-Ing. Dietmar Fey, has been awarded the FAU Teaching Prize for early-career scientists in the Faculty of Engineering. The award was presented by Vice President of Education Prof. Dr. Andrea Bréard during the FAU Awards Show on October 28, 2025.

The award recognizes his innovative teaching methods in the field of computer architecture. Originally nominated by students and confirmed by the faculty and university management, his teaching is characterized by particularly engaging and realistic concept transfer.
