The first conference “Production Technologies and Systems for E-Mobility” (E|PTS), organized by the FAPS chair under the direction of ESI member Prof. Jörg Franke, successfully took place on 5 and 6 June 2024 at the Bamberg Congress Center.
In addition to the excellent keynote speeches by Prof. Günther Schuh, Dr. Uwe-Peter Weigmann and Mathew Vachaparampil, Adrian Schäfer from the Institute for Electrical Energy Conversion at the University of Stuttgart was presented with the Best Paper Award for his outstanding research work in the field of axial flux machines. Over 80 participants confirm the importance of the EPTS as a new platform for exchange in e-mobility production.
