Is it possible for robots to develop social intelligence and skills to play a role in social interactions?

The kick-off on February 20, 2024 was dedicated to a day full of research in the context of the main question. Because at the end of the project, we can confidently answer the question in the affirmative.

The launch took place in a hybrid format, with an in-person event at FAU Erlangen-Nuremberg and an online meeting. This allowed almost all project participants from the scientific field of industry and our associated partners to take part.
