The consortium meeting of the joint project \u201cPOV.OS\u201d took place from April 22nd to 23rd at the FAPS chair in Nuremberg. This project meeting marks almost the halfway point of the project duration, during which the consortium is working intensively on the development of a modular operating platform for mobile work machines.<\/span><\/p>\n

During the meeting, those responsible for the work packages presented the current status of the work packages in technical presentations. This could then be discussed in detail in the consortium. Topic-specific workshops also offered participants the opportunity to take a closer look at various aspects of the project and identify interfaces across work packages. A particular highlight of the program was the keynote \u201cPOV.OS \u2013 The foundation of the next generation of mobile work machines\u201d, in which ESI member Prof. Dr.-Ing. J\u00f6rg Franke showed the vision and upcoming challenges of the project.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n
