Dr.-Ing. Lars Ullrich, researcher at the Chair of Automated Control, attended the 2025 IEEE Intelligent Transportation Systems Society (ITSS) Region 8 Chapter Meeting in Nicosia, Cyprus, where he received the Best Poster Award for Researchers and Practitioners. The award recognized his contribution on a framework for trustworthy AI use in high-risk applications, reflecting ongoing research efforts toward safe, reliable, and intelligent mobility.
During the event, he represented the IEEE ITSS German Chapter and exchanged ideas with colleagues and professionals from across the region on future developments in intelligent transportation systems.
